Your new company is a market leader in the banking and financial services space. They are looking for an experienced network engineer to managing network infrastructure on cloud platforms.
Your new role
- Design, implement and deploy network infrastructure onto private and public cloud platforms on a global scale
- Analyse and develop solutions to integrate network infrastructure into existing cloud platforms
- Manage and maintain cloud network infrastructure platforms and ensure network stability
- Suggest areas of improvements for existing network infrastructure to increase efficiency of network service delivery and operations
- Work with cross-functional teams rollout global projects for enterprise network technology
What you'll need to succeed
- You will need at least 8 years of proven hands-on experience in a similar role working with enterprise level network infrastructure on routing and switching
- You will need sound technical understanding and knowledge on network infrastructure and protocols such as LAN/WAN, Routing Protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP and more), SDN, Data Centre network and more
- Hands-on experience and familiarity working with Cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure
- Familiarity with network automation and automation tools such as Ansible is preferred
- Technical certifications such as CCNP/CCIE will be a strong advantage
