You will be responsible for driving sales by establishing relationships with customers and assisting in promoting & marketing the club on a daily basis. Applicants must present strong social skills, be well groomed, able to comfortably speak to large groups of people, outgoing, polite, courteous, hospitality experience, tolerant and dressed to impress! Successful candidates will be self motivated, outgoing and passionate about providing a great service experience. Position involves working with people in many unique, busy, and sometimes stressful situations. Main responsibilities include attracting new and repeat guests to our club. Person must be a team player, an extrovert, and a strong desire to grow in the night life business. We are looking for professional and social people with high end customer service experience. Must be able to work Nightclub hours. Must be self motivated and accountable. Applicant must have strong work ethic, stellar personality, ability to up sell and perform multiple tasks at once. Successful applicants must be able to transition between busy and slower times of the evening maximizing every guest's experience. Experience: 1-3 years experience in fine dining/restaurant/or club operations 1-2 years supervisory or operational management experience Spirits & cocktail knowledge 3-5 years of experience working in a bar setting Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint knowledge
