Job Scope:
Head of Production ($6,000)

Ensure the reliability and safety of manufacturing systems while striving to improve production rates, efficiency, yields, costs, and changeovers.
Maintain and improve quality standards while improving process capability, productivity, and production volume.
Develop and implement systems that optimize all phases of the production process.
Record, collate, and transcribe data related to manufacturing processes.
Work with equipment designers and manufacturing officers to develop cost-effective and functional production processes.
Research and purchase new manufacturing technology to improve production processes.
Possess knowledge of materials, secondary processes, and machining techniques.
Accurately study, understand, and estimate each process during the RFQ stage of production.
Familiarity with ISO processes and documentation.
Ensure safety and quality standards comply with established legislation during different shifts

CNC Programmer ($5,500)

Develop new CNC programs for production runs or modify existing programs for different machines, and make manual program adjustments as necessary.
Analyze drawings to determine dimensions and choose cutting tools, machine speeds, and feed rates.
Select appropriate tooling based on material types, equipment considerations, cutting conditions, and other factors.
Design work holding/fixturing as needed, with assistance from process engineering.
Troubleshoot issues during the manufacturing process.
Guide and provide basic instruction to machine operators/machinists in operating the machines.
Perform quality checks with machine operators to ensure the program is producing parts according to specifications.
Support the RFQ quotation fabrication process as and when needed.
Possess good time management skills.
Perform other similar or related duties as directed by a superior from time to time.

Requirements:
Candidates with Mechanical/Precision Manufacturing or ANY related experience
