Job Description


MAIN PURPOSE

Develop and improve the overall performance of his/ her geographical area markets in sales & quality of POS (focusing on retailization KPIs) working very closely with the local teams, he/she contributes to the elaboration of the achievement of the local targets

Furthermore, the Executive will support on various sales reports, administrations, products enquiries and ordering

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Wholesale Account Management Support
  • Support management of all wholesale accounts in SEA
  • Implementation of the retailization KPIs across all wholesale accounts model stock strategy
  • Support commercial director by visiting 2 customers in Singapore on a monthly basis
  • Motivate, animate the Brands Ambassadors on the POS as well as all the teams in contact with the Brand on the sales floors
  • Work closely with VM and CRM Manager on all visibility topic and other overlapping issues
  • Collect feedback on outlet and brand performance, consumers and competition activity
  • Sales incentive: assist Commerical Director in implementation, tracking and reward process
  • Maintain all necessary administrative files on retailers
  • Retail Management Support
  • Support boutiques administrative duties. For example: printing letterheads, arranging stationaries, invoices, name cards
  • Create POs, boutique billings follow up
  • Keep track of expenses relating to boutiques or staff by verifying invoices. For example: repair and maintenance, training, uniform
  • Reporting and Analysis
  • On a monthly basis prepare wholesale and retail reports on retailization KPIs (model stock, auto-replenishment, booster ordering, inventory, SOSI etc)
  • Any ad-hoc reporting when needed
  • Customer Service management
  • Assist to investigate on any client complaint; liaise and follow-up with Richemont supporting services and/or Regional or HQ team to propose solutions
  • Events and Projects
  • Assist in organizing events - e.g. invitations, coordinating the logistics/travel arrangements for VIP customers attending overseas events
  • Support in boutique activations & high jewellery event when needed
  • Assist Commercial Director in preparation for market visits and annual Watches & Wonders
  • Boutique openings/renovation/maintenance projects for SEA (Ad Hoc)
  • Support on administrative tasks (SAP Vendor & PO creations, invoices \xe2\x80\xa6)
  • Coordination with regional store planning team and third parties involved to facilitate a smooth process.
