Description
Our client is a B2B ingredients supplier to pharmaceutical and nutraceutical companies, and am hiring for a Commercial Support Executive based in Singapore.
Responsibilities
Reporting to the General Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Sales team in their daily operations. Key responsibilities:
- Forecasting \xe2\x80\x93 proactive sharing of information on market changes in order to get a reliable demand plan for the team and providing input for the budgeting process
- Customer queries and payment requests \xe2\x80\x93 follow up on and respond to customer queries related to the Lead to Order process in a timely manner (e.g. standard quality documentation, questionnaires, agreements, etc.)
- Commercial support \xe2\x80\x93 provide commercial support to the Sales Managers (e.g. customer analytics & performance KPIs) and manage sample requests
Ideally, you have a Bachelor\'s Degree in Business, with at least 5 years in customer service or support roles in a B2B environment. You are also familiar with SAP and Salesforce. Good communication skills, ability to work with internal and external stakeholders and a \'can do\' mentality is key for this role.
