Job Description
Lead / Specialist opportunity to design & implement Corporate Internal communications strategy & framework for a Global Top 3 MNC:
- Lead the internal communications activities & engaging with senior leadership group
- Attractive salary package which brings up to $100k annual package
- 5 days work weeks with supportive working colleagues & senior management
- Act as the champion for the site to manage & improve company communications flows
- Location: Tuas South (2 ways company transport from Boon Lay, Kranji, Outram Park, Tampines, Sengkang)
- Prepare communications content such as infographics, memos, newsletters, etc for site announcement, Town Halls, and Business Presentation slides
- Work with key internal stakeholders to brainstorm effective & innovative communications ideas to improve workplace productivity through internal communications
- Assist in communications of strategies or messages from Site Leadership Team
- Play an active role in identifying & improving communications demands & delivery of campaigns to all target audiences
- To manage global & regional roll out program relevant to site Communications
- Responsible for external communications & branding activities, supporting media publication, press release, etc
- min. 5 years of working experience in Corporate internal communications strategy development
- Excellent written & verbal communications skills
- Proven multi-tasking & adapt in a fast-paced environment
