Contract Duration\xc2\xb7 1 YearWorking Location\xc2\xb7 At CCs (Location to be confirmed)Working Hours\xc2\xb7 5-Day rostered shift (including weekends)ServiceSG@CCs: 9.00am to 6.00pm(You will be deployed on a 5-day rostered shift (including weekends). The daily operating hours (except public holidays) for ServiceSG@CCs is 10.00am to 6.00pm. You may be expected to rotate among the different CCs based on manpower needs.)Offered Salary
- S$13.00 per hour
- Engages customers in a professional manner and uphold good service standards
- Can guide and educate citizens to navigate e-services
- Keeps up to date with policy and process changes of simple transactions
- Can provide relevant information and advise customers on policy
- Can work independently with some guidance, exercise discretion in the handling of day-to-day tasks and able to escalate issues when necessary
- Customer-oriented with good interpersonal skills
- Can communicate effectively in English and be conversant in a second language
- Has proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Is Flexible in work deployment/locations
