Contract Duration\xc2\xb7 1 YearWorking Location\xc2\xb7 At CCs (Location to be confirmed)Working Hours\xc2\xb7 5-Day rostered shift (including weekends)ServiceSG@CCs: 9.00am to 6.00pm(You will be deployed on a 5-day rostered shift (including weekends). The daily operating hours (except public holidays) for ServiceSG@CCs is 10.00am to 6.00pm. You may be expected to rotate among the different CCs based on manpower needs.)Offered Salary

RequirementsWe are looking for a positive and inquisitive teammate who:
  • Engages customers in a professional manner and uphold good service standards
  • Can guide and educate citizens to navigate e-services
  • Keeps up to date with policy and process changes of simple transactions
  • Can provide relevant information and advise customers on policy
  • Can work independently with some guidance, exercise discretion in the handling of day-to-day tasks and able to escalate issues when necessary
  • Customer-oriented with good interpersonal skills
  • Can communicate effectively in English and be conversant in a second language
  • Has proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Is Flexible in work deployment/locations
\xc2\xb7 Provide information, attend to queries, and perform transactions based on a defined set of FAQs and SOPs from a variety of topics including government schemes, financial assistance, application procedures etc. within service standards. This includes routine activities and single transactions as per customer\xe2\x80\x99s request.\xc2\xb7 Provide admin support in all aspects of the ServiceSG@CC operations with a good follow up on calls received.\xc2\xb7 Responsible in collection of forms, answer calls and enquiry, divert of calls and updating of statistics.\xc2\xb7 Handle transactions such as registration of CC courses and Passion Card, booking of facilities, and Singpass\xc2\xb7 Assist customers with troubleshooting and resolving general issues with digital government services\xc2\xb7 Direct citizens to relevant channels according to their needs\xc2\xb7 Encourage citizens to self-help by teaching them how to use agencies\xe2\x80\x99 e-services
