Conduct administrative tasks such as filing, retrieval, and photocopying as needed
Record HR transactions accurately in the HR system and submit to the HR Supervisor promptly
Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve operational issues promptly
Collaborate with external vendors such as training providers and medical screening facilities
Compile reports and submissions in accordance with established formats and SOP
Deliver exceptional customer service and promptly address queries from service partners
Engage in departmental initiatives, ad-hoc projects, and tasks assigned by supervisors
