Job Description

  • Experience using manual payroll
  • Computation of Last Pay / Back Pay
  • Computation of 13th Month Pay
  • Government related benefits (Philhealth, SSS and Pag-IBIG)
  • Prepares monthly report listing for government contributions (SSS, Philhealth and or Pag-IBIG)
  • Remittances
  • BIR Registration
  • Monitoring of Employee Leave Credits
  • Advance skills in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, PIVOT, MACRO, Short cut key, Conditional Formatting etc...)
Job Qualification:
  • Degree in Business Administration/Economics, Psychology, HR Management or other related fields
  • With 1 year of work experiences with same field
  • Practical experience in the field of compensations and benefits advantageous
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Good analytical skills and, at best, experience with quantitative data collection
  • Knowledge about different options of compensation and ways to motivate people
