BS Accountancy/Finance/Banking. Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Management graduate
At least 1-year experience is an advantage. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Proficient in MS Office applications
Keen with details and accuracy
Knowledgeable in internal and statutory benefits processing (SSS, HDMF, Philhealth)
Knowledge in compensation and benefits and has familiarity in other HR functions.
Ability to make sound and impartial decisions
Highly organized
Can work in minimal supervision
Possess positive human relations skills in dealing with different level of the organization.
