Job Description

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • BS Accountancy/Finance/Banking. Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Management graduate
  • At least 1-year experience is an advantage. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Keen with details and accuracy
  • Knowledgeable in internal and statutory benefits processing (SSS, HDMF, Philhealth)
  • Knowledge in compensation and benefits and has familiarity in other HR functions.
  • Ability to make sound and impartial decisions
  • Highly organized
  • Can work in minimal supervision
  • Possess positive human relations skills in dealing with different level of the organization.
FUNCTIONS:
  • Salary Administration
  • Benefits Administration
  • Review, revise, and draft HRO policies related to compensation and benefits.
Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSchedule:
  • Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay:
  • 13th month salary
