Assist the Compensation & Benefits Supervisor in all payroll processes
Handle payroll process of three entities or more
Gather information of each employee and create relevant employee reports
Calculate the correct amount of overtime, deductions, bonuses, etc. with the assistance of a payroll system
Perform account balance and payroll reconciliations
Obtain approval from upper management for needed payments
Assist the Supervisor in paying and executing payroll registers and distribute payment and payslips
Process payment and monitoring of government contributions and other employee benefits
Report to Supervisor regarding daily activities and issues
Assist during month-end closing, annual audit and other payroll related activities
Assist Supervisor in addressing issues and questions regarding payroll from employees and superiors
Prepare reports for upper management and relevant departments such as FP&A, HR, Finance department etc.

Excellent communication skills
Bachelor's degree in accounting or any business related course
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Good team-playing skills
Clear and logical thinking
High numerical aptitude
Good organizational skills and ability to work on deadlines
Understanding of accounting fundamentals and payroll practices
