- Knowledge in benefits processing but not a hard-core requirement.
- Good communication skills with minimum supervision
- Familiar with the designing of pay structure, reward strategies to address compensation challenges.
- Ensures that the employee compensation and benefits policies are current, competitive and legal while taking into account changing the market rates.
- Manages the Benefits Team and support its overall functions.
