:The CompanyOur client is a large logistics company with a history of more than 100 years. They are currently looking to hire a Compensation and Benefits Specialist. This is a regional role.The RoleAs a Regional Compensation and Benefits Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing the compensation and benefits programs across multiple countries. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of activities designed to ensure that the compensation strategies are competitive, equitable, and aligned with organizational goals.Key Responsibilities

  • Compensation Management: Oversee day-to-day compensation activities including salary reviews, bonus structures, and allowances. Ensure that compensation practices are competitive and aligned with market trends.
  • Salary Surveys & Market Analysis: Participate in industry salary surveys and conduct market research to gather data on compensation trends. Utilize this information to make informed recommendations for salary adjustments and benefit enhancements.
  • Job Evaluation & Job Levelling: Evaluate job roles and job levels to ensure appropriate classification and alignment with the company\'s grade structure. Implement and manage job levelling frameworks to support career progression and organizational structure.
  • Benefits Analysis: Review and analyze employee benefits such as insurance and medical plans. Work to optimize benefit offerings and ensure they meet the needs of employees while adhering to budgetary constraints.
  • Policy Review & Development: Assess and review compensation and benefits policies to ensure they remain relevant and compliant with legal requirements. Propose and implement policy changes as needed.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with key stakeholders, including HR, finance, and department heads, to ensure alignment on compensation and benefits strategies. Address and resolve any issues or concerns related to compensation and benefits.
Your ProfileTo be successful in this role, you should hold a minimum qualification of Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or its equivalent. You have proven experience/track record in compensation and benefits management, preferably in a regional or multi-national capacity.
