Job Description

Qualifications:

  • 4 years graduate of any business related course
  • at least 1 year related work experience in Compensation and Benefits (Maternity, sickness, SSS system)
  • Keen to details/observant
  • Good communication skills
  • Flexible and patient with employees inquiry
  • Willing to be assigned at Sucat Paraaaque, City near Municipal High school
:
  • R1A and R3 reporting (online and R3 submission of hardcopy to SSS)
  • Preparation and finalization of summary reports pertaining to government remittances
  • Preparation of SSS contributions and loan attachments (payment date: every 15th and 23rd of the month)
  • Preparations, submissions, and follow up of sickness, ECC and maternity claims
  • Preparation and releasing of proof of remittances to various clients (SSS, HDMF, PHIC)
  • Making reports and request of reposting to unpaid government remittances
  • Preparations of monthly sickness report
  • Phone call inquiries
  • Preparation od summary, recording and monitoring of Cash advances and Financing
  • Check billing of various clients (invoices, SOA)
  • Verification of advances on employees clearance
  • Other tasks assigned
Job Type: Full-timeSalary: Php14,000.00 - Php16,000.00 per monthSchedule:
  • 8 hour shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Paraaaque City: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
Education:
  • Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:
  • Compensation and Benefits: 1 year (Required)
Willingness to travel:
  • 100% (Preferred)
