Job Description


Responsibilities:Compensation & Benefits

  • Lead and manage compensation and benefits related matters
  • Perform job evaluations and classifications for existing and new jobs, review and maintain company\'s salary structure
  • Conduct salary and labour market research for benchmarking
  • Lead the annual performance appraisal exercise, including salary review, promotion exercise and bonus payments
  • Develop and prepare concise and comprehensive compensation, attrition and performance related analytical reports for management\'s review
  • Prepare monthly manpower related reports for various departments, including ad-hoc reports when requested
  • Submission of reports and data required to Regional HR or group level in monthly and quartely basis
  • Compile data and participate in government surveys submission and any other salary and benefits related surveys
  • Take part in negotiations with union on the renewal of Collective Agreement (CA) on C&B portion
  • Any other ad-hoc projects or duties as and when assigned by direct supervisor
HRIS
  • System admin for various HRIS portals
  • Provide HRIS administrator support and daily system support to HR users
  • Develop, maintain and enhance the HRIS database
  • Work closely with HRIS vendor to resolve existing issues or enhancement of system
  • Participate in new HR system implementation and upgrade
  • Any other ad-hoc projects or duties as and when assigned by direct supervisor
Requirements:
  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or relevant discipline
  • Minimum 2 years of C&B and/or HRIS related experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, in particular, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Able to work independently and under fast-paced environment with excellent time management skills
  • Meticulous, organized and an eye for details
  • Has a good safety mindset and displays good WSH behaviour
