Reporting to the Head of HR for SEA&ANZ, you will contribute to the sustainability of a competitive Rewards function that is aligned to global and regional direction.
This will require you to lead on C&B topics including compensation cycle (annual increments, bonuses), compensation analysis (commission review, market competitiveness analysis) and HR operations such as payroll, benefit administration, foreign workforce management, HRIS management, statutory and internal reporting.
