Job Description


:

Reporting to the Head of HR for SEA&ANZ, you will contribute to the sustainability of a competitive Rewards function that is aligned to global and regional direction.

This will require you to lead on C&B topics including compensation cycle (annual increments, bonuses), compensation analysis (commission review, market competitiveness analysis) and HR operations such as payroll, benefit administration, foreign workforce management, HRIS management, statutory and internal reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage annual compensation review processes with market HRBPs and work with APAC office for Group and HQ
  • Manage variable pay scheme review for retail and/or design to ensure it is aligned to business needs and market competitiveness
  • Prepare, manage and analyse budget and forecasts by working closely with various stakeholders across APAC C&B team, market HRBP and business planning & control (BPC)
  • Lead and/or manage all salary packages and compute expatriate packages for APAC office approvals
  • Manage/lead C&B surveys (internal / external) and provide analysis from results for best practice
  • Ensure all HR practices and policies are updated to company practices and market legal requirements (e.g. employee handbook including benefits addendum, SOPs for HR processes etc)
  • Lead all benefit management and administration such as staff sale, staff discount, insurance etc
  • Lead payroll topics across all SEA&ANZ markets through payroll vendor including tax and government related funds and payments
  • Work with Internal and external auditor on all HR audits
  • Manage and lead annual HR accrual with HRBP and BPC team
  • Lead all HR related systems including HRIS to ensure data accuracy and managed in accordance to respective requirements of the company
  • Review all monthly/quarterly/yearly reports for APAC / HQ submission
  • Review C&B and HR Operations process regularly to ensure process efficiencies and ensure legal ordinance is in place
  • Lead foreign workforce related topics such as work visa applications and relocation arrangements
Requirements
  • A strong subject matter expert with a minimum of 10-15 years\' experience in Compensation & Benefits or HR Generalist (with strong experience in C&B)
  • Strategic business partnering skills using numbers and statistics (Quantitative and Qualitative)
  • Experience in job evaluations and job analysis systems
  • Good knowledge of labour legislations across SEA & ANZ
  • Demonstrate high level of analytical and problem-solving ability
  • Meticulous with an eye for numbers & details
  • Adept in handling detailed work with quality outcome
