Job Summary:

• Company background: Singapore based Offshore Marine field
• Working location: West Singapore
• Working days & hrs: 5 days, Mon - Fri (8.30am - 6pm)
• Salary Range: up to S$ 6000 (dep on exp)

Primary Responsibilities

• Develop and review company policies.
• Advise management on the company\'s compliance with laws and regulations.
• Assess company operations to determine compliance risk.
• Documents drafting, including letter or email.
• Support projects and co-ordinate Company activities as assigned.
• Maintain proper and timely filing system
• Liaise with Directors of the Group, and other internal stakeholders on compliance related matters.
• Assist to carry out regular internal audits for ISO [9001:2015 / 14001:2015 / 45001: 2018] certifications.
• ISO Documentation regular update
• Attend ISO/Fire Safety/Other Audits independently.
• Assist to prepare trademark registration/renewal related documents.
• Co-ordinate and conduct meetings, briefings, or trainings to staffs as and when needed.
• Good knowledge of legal requirements and procedures.
• Proficient in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and Words.
