Welcome and greet the arriving tenants/guests in a professional manner.
Develop and maintain a working knowledge and be able to provide tenants/guests with information regarding direction, available services, facilities and places of interest if required.
Provide quality service to tenants/guests by responding to requests promptly, efficiently and courteously
Handle complaints and suggestions from tenants/guests in a courteous manner.
Communicate with tenants via email on events and seminars and their guests’ entry, returning of visitors’ passes and umbrellas.
Assist in overseeing the general cleanliness of the Main lobbies and report to FCC on the breakdown of lifts/escalators
Assist Fire Safety Manager during fire drills by directing traffic flow.
Requirements
Entry Level or with minimum 1 year of concierge, hospitality, or service-related experience.
Normal office hour
1 year contract
