Job Description


Daily Operation

  • Welcome and greet the arriving tenants/guests in a professional manner.
  • Develop and maintain a working knowledge and be able to provide tenants/guests with information regarding direction, available services, facilities and places of interest if required.
  • Provide quality service to tenants/guests by responding to requests promptly, efficiently and courteously
  • Handle complaints and suggestions from tenants/guests in a courteous manner.
  • Communicate with tenants via email on events and seminars and their guests’ entry, returning of visitors’ passes and umbrellas.
  • Assist in overseeing the general cleanliness of the Main lobbies and report to FCC on the breakdown of lifts/escalators
  • Assist Fire Safety Manager during fire drills by directing traffic flow.
Requirements
  • Entry Level or with minimum 1 year of concierge, hospitality, or service-related experience.
  • Normal office hour
  • 1 year contract
