Your day to day
Main Responsibilities includes - - Assist with hotel guests inquiries - recommending of local attractions, bookings and reservation for transports - Anticipate needs from hotel guests which include handling of mails, collecting of delivery parcels - Assisting with bell services to hotels guests - Assist with guests on activities within the hotel premises
What we need from you
Minimum 1 year of experience in Concierge Services with any hospitality industry Good communications skills
