Technical & Drawing Interpretation:
Strong capability to read, interpret, and act upon architectural and M&E drawings; identify site discrepancies and buildability issues.
Contractor & Vendor Coordination:
Skilled in managing multiple trade contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure seamless workflow and high-quality workmanship.
Quality & Compliance Oversight:
Knowledgeable in HSSE requirements, statutory codes, and safety regulations; capable of performing daily inspections and ensuring compliance.
Leadership & Team Management:
Ability to lead the teams on site, conduct site meetings, and monitor contractor performance.
Communication & Documentation:
Strong verbal and written skills for reporting, documenting meetings, and managing handover processes.
Problem-Solving & Risk Management:
Proactive in identifying construction risks, resolving issues, and ensuring smooth project close-out.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management, or related discipline.
Minimum 5 years' experience in corporate office interior fit-out projects; MNC exposure preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and MS Project.
Highly independent, safety-conscious, and a collaborative team player.
