Evaluate subcontractor quotations, negotiate pricing, and issue purchase orders.
Track project costs and monitor variations, ensuring compliance with contractual terms.
Conduct site measurements, prepare progress claims, and manage final account settlements.
Liaise with project managers, clients, and consultants to ensure project cost control and timely reporting.
Requirements:
Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
