Job Description
*
- Preparing schedules and estimates for labor and material costs based on the scope of work outlined in the plans and TOR;
- Coordinating with Client, contractors, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth construction project execution;
- Preparing schematic designs and drawings as well as detailed engineering plans and specifications for construction projects;
- Scheduling workers and materials according to project schedules;
- Reviewing blueprints and drawings to ensure they meet building codes, are accurate, and are complete;
- Evaluating the safety of construction sites and identifying potential hazards to workers;
- Developing plans for equipment needed at construction sites;
- Preparing a budget for the construction project by estimating materials costs and labor requirements;
- Preparing reports and details of the project status and any issues that may arise during construction.
- Any other responsibilities assigned by Team Leader and Project Manager.
- 8 hour shift
Office safety protocol for covid being applied currently.Ability to commute/relocate:
- Sampaloc: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Preferably within Metro Manila
- Bachelor's (Preferred)
- Construction Planning related works: 5 years (Preferred)
- English and Tagalog (Preferred)
- PRC ID (Preferred)
