Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new construction projects.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with potential clients, including developers, contractors, architects, and engineers.
Actively manage and nurture a pipeline of leads and follow up on new business opportunities.
Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and project bids that meet client needs.
Negotiate project terms, contracts, and pricing in a fair and transparent manner.
Collaborate with project managers and other internal teams to ensure smooth project transitions from sales to execution.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings in a professional and inclusive manner.
Key Requirements
:
Proven experience in sales management within the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, project life cycles, and industry standards.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
A proactive approach to building and nurturing client relationships.
A degree in Business, Construction Management, or a related field is advantageous, but not mandatory.
Must be adaptable, open to learning, and committed to professional growth.
