Job Summary:

We are looking for a results-driven

Sales Manager

to lead our sales efforts in the construction and renovation sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong network, proven sales experience, and a deep understanding of Singapore's construction industry. You will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with direct clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:

Identify and acquire new clients for commercial, industrial, and residential construction and renovation projects.

Lead Generation:

Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities through networking, referrals, and strategic partnerships.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, including facility managers, property owners, and corporate clients.

Sales Strategy:

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the project and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.

Reporting:

Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to the management team.

Requirements:

Minimum

10+ years

of sales experience in the

construction, renovation, or interior fit-out

industry in Singapore. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field Strong understanding of

commercial renovation projects, reinstatement works, and industrial fit-outs

. Proven track record of

meeting or exceeding sales targets

. Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills. Ability to build and maintain

strong client relationships

. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently. Must have a

2-wheeler or 4-wheeler

for client visits. Preferably has experience working

directly with senior management/CEOs
