Ltd. has been incorporated in 2018 and aims to be one of the leading educational software development firms in Singapore and expand to SEA regions in the future. we are looking for an energetic and accomplished Director/Senior Manager, Childhood Education Consulting (Consulting, Marketing & Company management of whole parts) to play a significant role in our journey to achieve our corporate mission, giving effective and excellent consultation to our customers.

The position\xe2\x80\x99s key responsibilities are representing the company and being in charge of marketing, sales and other parts related to corporate management with our members. The successful candidate is a strategic thinker, excellent communicator and collaborative team player able to work with a geographically distributed and culturally diverse team. The candidate also should be fluent in written and verbal Korean as the candidate will have business activities such as meeting with program developers and customers in Korea.

The candidate shall be responsible for

• Reports to Director and Shareholder
• Marketing
• Revenue and profitability targets
• Product Strategy by directing product research, developing and recommending product positioning, packaging, and pricing strategy to build market share and maximize revenue and profitability; effectively communicates the value proposition through proposals and presentations; oversees and evaluates market research, monitors competitor products, and, adjusts product marketing strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions in all segments \xe2\x80\x93 B2C, B2B and B2G
• Partners sales and marketing leaders in business units to develop and implement strategic product marketing plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for products and services.
• Develop child book publishing and distribute products

• Have 20 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience or above in childhood education corporate management
• Be mandatory for perfect written and verbal English and Korean (Bahasa Malaysia/Mandarin shall be plus)
• Develop child book publishing and distribute products
• Have master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Education/Journalism/relevant field.
