Morgan McKinley is partnering with one of the world\'s leading insurance brands for an Consumer Insights and Experience Manager.

Supporting the Head of Consumer Insights, you will design and implement research activities that support stakeholders in their decision making processes.

:

. Manage, maintain and enhance the Customer Satisfaction program
  • Ensure its operational health (i.e., ensure survey invitations are delivered in the expected format, completed surveys are captured in the platform etc)
  • Prepare monthly report, conduct periodic sharing sessions to understand the crux of the issues/pain points
  • Surface issues as appropriate and collaborate with stakeholders on the development of action plans to overcome performance issues or challenges identified
  • Propose new touchpoints as appropriate
. Design and implement appropriate research activities that are in line with the stakeholders\' business needs and objectives, including designing and preparing of fieldwork materials, conducting fieldwork, reviewing of resultant data, analyzing findings and developing research insights, developing collaterals detailing key findings and insights and sharing the insights on social media as appropriate

. Conceptualize a calendar of pre-emptive research topics and activities that are in support of the organization\'s overarching business goals

. Assist with platform migration from Qualtrics to Alida

Ideal Candidate:
  • 5 years\' of market research experience
  • Background in financial services market research as well as experience with platform migration will be a huge plus
  • Strong working knowledge and experience with platforms like Qualtrics and Alida
  • Adept at managing projects that span multiple stakeholders, both internally and externally
  • Sense of curiosity towards your customer (Q: Why do they behave in a certain way? etc)
  • Hands-on, positive individual with a can-do attitude
