Job Responsibilities
To check and ensure accuracy of project cost estimates and specifications for all Cyclical, Additions & Alterations and Improvement Works, etc, under the Contract
To prepare, call and administer the various tenders for the routine maintenance works, services and supplies
To advise on the selection of suitable contractors/specialists for routine maintenance works, services and supplies
Any ad-hoc duties assigned by your supervisor.
Qualification & Skills:
Diploma/ Degree in Quantity Surveying / Estate Management / Building / recognised qualifications
PSPC-Recognized Degrees for Quantity Surveying (QS) Discipline will be an advantage
Minimum 5 years' experience in maintenance contracts
Member of SISV / RICS / AIQS will be an advantage
Knowledge with the usage of MS-Office (Word, Excel, Power Point), MS Projects
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
