Job Description
:
Basic Salary: $1,400 - $1,600 + Welcome Bonus
Working location: Pulau Tekong Camp (East)
Working Days: 5 days/ week
Working Timing: 8am to 6pm (1 hour break) / 8pm to 8am for midnight cook (3 hours break)
Shift Allowance: $20/ day shift, $22/ night shift
Conduct pre-cooking checks on raw materials.
Prepare raw materials for the next meal Ensure all the ingredients are in accordance with approved recipe and cooking of meals according to recipes
Conduct sensory and evaluation
Recording of cooked food temperatures in the 7 in 1 file Hot & Cold equipments
Provide quality service during serving Collect food sample
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in kitchen
- On the job training provided
