Responsibilities:

\xe2\x97\x8f To ensure all raw materials are labelled and dated.
\xe2\x97\x8f Wash fruits.
\xe2\x97\x8f Make cordial drinks.
\xe2\x97\x8f Provide quality service during serving.
\xe2\x97\x8f Collect food sample.
\xe2\x97\x8f Ensure the kitchen surrounding areas are cleaned properly.
\xe2\x97\x8f Operate / record a hot holding cabinet and food warmers.
\xe2\x97\x8f Ensure daily operations is aligned to all company policies, procedures and maximum standards.
\xe2\x97\x8f Ensures daily cooking procedures are in accordance with Camp Cook House\'s (CCH) SOP.
\xe2\x97\x8f Prepare basic, washing, peeling, chopping and cutting raw items.
\xe2\x97\x8f Handles all equipment and utensils the proper way and \'\'clean as you go\'\'.
