Key Responsibilities: Conceptualise and develop Chinese copy for marketing campaigns, for both traditional or online media. Oversee the end to end process of Chinese copy of projects, ensuring that they meet the company's strategic objectives. Understand the company's brands, products and target audiences and present initial ideas to the team or project stakeholders Keep abreast of the marketing activities of the company's competitors. Create TVC and radio scripts, and ensure the quality of scripts developed by third parties. Be a brand guardian and ensure a consistent tone of voice for the Chinese copy used by the company. Work closely with designers, the marketing team, stakeholders and external vendors during campaign execution. Edit and proof-read all marketing and communication materials. Requirements: Minimum 7 years' experience in a similar/related field. Candidates with prior experience/background in advertising agencies or tourism/hospitality-related industries will have an added advantage. A 'deadline-driven, highly organized' working style individual. A good understanding of how people view and understand content. Creative problem-solving skills, mental agility, a pro-active nature and critical thinking ability. Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and the ability to balance multiple projects at once. A team player with a self-motivated personality, positive attitude, attention to detail and consistency of quality. Candidates with an inherent interest in commerce, pop culture, and new advertising trends/techniques would be a good fit for this role.
