Job Description
. Identify, develop and manage Company's business opportunities, sources for locations to support company's expansion programmes . Work closely with both internal and external parti . Identify, develop and manage Company's business opportunities, sources for locations to support company's expansion programmes . Work closely with both internal and external parties on the business plan . Report to Director to develop strategic alignment programs . Work in partnership with the culinary R&D team on product development in the aspects of pricing, costing, material sourcing and marketing of various F&B products . Handling planning, implementation, development of all F&B revenue generating commercial initiatives pertaining to F&B concept development for new menu launches and product promotions . Work in partnership with F&B operations in ensuring that the business development and marketing plans for new concepts, initiatives and promotions are well-executed according to the requirements and timelines set . Assist in the day-to-day efficient operation of the Business Development Department Requirements . Diploma/Degree in Business Administration/ Marketing or related fields with minimum 5 years of relevant business development experience . Experience in F&B, hospitality and FMCG is an advantage . Effective in public speaking & business writing . Good command of spoken and written English
