Summary
Reporting to the APAC Head, Corporate Communications & Sustainability, the incumbent will be responsible for developing and implementing key messages for both internal and external communications for the CMA CGM Group and its carrier brands.

Main Responsibilities

Develop and implement external and internal communication plans with consistent and compelling messages/themes

Media relations and pitching

Oversee CNC\'s social media campaigns, calendar, weekly posts and monitor external comments made on the channels

Work closely with the Group, different functions and regional countries to develop plans that support the respective communications needs

Produce materials such as press releases, speeches, keynote presentations, award submissions, Q&As and others as necessary

Provide communications counsel to executives

Provide crisis communications support

Identify, recommend and submit award entries

Assist in change management and communications

Oversee internal communications through weekly story submissions to the Group\'s newsletter, publication of bi-weekly APAC Comms newsletter; staff engagements through APAC Townhall and others as assigned

Corporate branding

Other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor\'s degree in Corporate Communications, Mass Communications, Journalism or a related field

6-8 years in public relations/corporate communications (Prior experience in the shipping/logistics/transportation industry advantageous)

Highly competent in written and spoken English and Mandarin as you would be interacting with Chinese-speaking counterparties

Adept at engaging stakeholders across different functions and geographies

Familiar with traditional and digital communication channels

Ability to produce high quality written materials in a fast-paced working environment

Have an eye for detail

Strong organisational skills

Able to work independently and yet a team player to the department

Proficient in MS Office

**This role is opened for local employment only.
