Co-ordinate tenant fit-out works, additions and alterations work and reinstatement work
Manage maintenance works to ensure the building facilities & equipment are in working condition
Manage corporate administrative, regulatory compliance, quality control, inventory control and procurement
Liaise and coordinate with contractors for repair and preventive maintenance of facility-related equipment
Supervise and ensure term contractor carry out the routines and ad-hoc works in accordance to the Contract
Manage complaints and feedback related to building and maintenance
To support department with workplace safety & health matters
Coordinates and assists in daily activities of Corporate Department
Assisting in ISO auditing/ ConSASS and IMS Document Controller
Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Job Requirements & Qualifications
Possesses GCE \xe2\x80\x98A\xe2\x80\x99 Level/Diploma in any field
With experience in Sustainability Facilities Management in build environment
Proficient with MS Office such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Software (e.g: Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro) or equivalent editing software will be an added advantage
Self-motivated, cooperative and able to work independently
A good team player with outgoing personality; creative and innovative
Relevant certificate in workplace safety & health and/or construction related certificate is preferred
Relevant ISO auditor certificates
Candidates with more experience will be considered for Executive position
Salary package commensurate with experience
