Job Description

Job Brief We are currently hiring a seasoned Corporate Finance professional to join our team and advise the management on a large set of financial matters such as merger and acquisition initiatives, foreign exchange market, potential opportunities, and financial due diligence. Main Responsibilities of a Corporate Finance/ Strategy professional Your responsibilities will include:

• Evaluating and executing M&A and other investment opportunities
• Analyzing valuation and returns
• Oversight of transaction due diligence
• Currency trading
• Negotiation of transaction documentation including sales and purchase agreements and other legal documents
• Deal structuring and other transaction-related matters
• Liaising with business stakeholders across all levels to achieve transactional goals
• Managing relationships with banks and other stakeholders on financing requirements
• Maintaining abreast of the changing business landscape in order to identify opportunities to drive both organic and inorganic growth

Key Requirements

• You have a degree in Finance, Business Administration or an MBA.
• You have prior experience in a similar role within the same industry or Corporate Finance experience in a consulting firm or investment bank.
• You are adept at using Microsoft Excel for financial modeling and data analytics.
• You have excellent analytical skills as well as strong business acumen.
• You possess good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with different stakeholders.
• You are result oriented, and organized, can prioritize effectively and multi-task to deliver results in a fast-paced work environment.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: $7,000.00 - $9,000.00 per month Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Shift system
• Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:
