Handling client acceptance and compliance check such as KYC and CDD
Assist in company incorporation, registration of branches, representative offices, striking-off of companies and other ongoing corporate secretarial matters
Providing advice on compliance requirements and ensuring client\xe2\x80\x99s compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
Assist in preparing directors and shareholders\xe2\x80\x99 minutes of meetings and resolutions for specific transactions
Attend to clients\' inquiries and requests and liaise with clients on corporate secretarial matters.
Assist in XBRL conversion.
Filing of returns and statutory information using ACRA Bizfile
Ensure compliance with relevant statutory and regulatory requirement
Assist in timely billing and collection
Handle ad-hoc assignment as requested from time to time.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in corporate secretarial work.
Possess SAICSA qualification
Conversant with the full spectrum of corporate secretarial duties and responsibilities and be able to communicate and manage their portfolio of clients
Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
Team player. Able to work with minimum supervision and is organized and meticulous. Able to manage tight deadlines.
Must be able to converse in both English & Mandarin. Have a good command of both written and verbal English & Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients and respective associates)
Proficient in Microsoft applications
Immediate availability will be advantageous
