Jobscope:
- Require direct interaction with internal business units, finance units and external services providers
- Handle full spectrum of corporate secretarial duties including incorporation, strike-off, preparation of directors'/shareholders' resolutions for on-going corporate secretarial matters, ensuring compliance with the requirements of the Singapore Companies Act, Securities & Futures Act (in relation to disclosure of change of interest of director and substantial shareholder) and other relevant laws
- Handle corporate secretarial matters for local and international companies
- Update and maintain statutory registers and records
- Attend to KYC (Know Your Client) and Due Diligence performed by the government authorities, banks and corporate service providers
- Collation and updating of Related Party & Interested Persons Transactions lists
- Maintaining and keeping track of director and substantial shareholder's interest in listed companies and issuing timely notifications of change of interest to the listed company
- Other corporate or ad-hoc duties as required
- Min Degree in any courses
- Min 5 years of secretary experience
