Job Description
- Solid experience in facilitating English Language Tutoring and Communication
- Training for ESLs.
- At least one year of experience in classroom training delivery in any industry.
- Highly skilled at designing and developing quality traning content and job aids
- Good working knowledge of adult learning principles'
- Excellent English Communication, presentation and facilitation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills problem solving and decision making skills
- Highly organized detail-orientation, patient & action-oriented.
- Ability to work under pressure ensuring that timelines are achieved.
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule as needed.
