Job Description
We are representing our client who is in the Coffee & Cafe business regionally. Client\'s HQ is in Australia and we are looking for a Country Manager, Singapore to oversee - Singapore, Philippines and Indonesia\'s markets. Responsibilities as per below.
Local Role:
- Deliver Sales and Profit budget
- Conduct public cuppings, store tasting and PR events to drive the brand in Singapore.
- Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences
- Work with wholesale customers and staff in Singapore
- Oversee the management of the caf\xc3\xa9\\
- Regular meetings with the Head Chef and Caf\xc3\xa9 Manager
- Identifying and develop key talent in team
- Coordinate training and competency development to uplift team
- Deliver Sales growth for Philippines and Indonesia
- Conduct market visits as agreed with the GM to ensure brand guidelines are being met
- Regularly review quality and financial performance
- Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to increased sales
