Develop and implement the country sales plan aligned with budget targets.
Ensure Sales KPIs are consistently met or exceeded.
Lead, mentor, and develop the Sales Team.
Set local sales objectives and priorities to meet client needs and achieve growth targets.
Serve as the primary Sales contact for the regional sales organization and key network partners.
Collaborate with Product Managers to create initiatives and products that meet Sales goals.
Engage in high-level business activities to maximize brand exposure and awareness.
Adjust sales plans, processes, and priorities in response to market and business changes.
Identify underperforming segments and recommend improvements for performance and quality.
Provide and ensure quality and timely submission of sales reports for management.
Monitor service levels to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Build key contacts and relationships within the Toll Network, promoting alignment with the One Toll strategy.
Implement, coordinate, and track Group and Divisional Client Centricity initiatives.
Actively lead strategic business opportunities.
Oversee the country Sales Process and maintain over 95% data quality in the Global CRM platform.
Job Requirement(s):
Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is usually required.
5 years of experience in sales management positions covering Singapore market
Leadership and motivational skills to guide and inspire the sales team.
Adaptability and flexibility to navigate market changes
