Job Title: Course Administrator - IGP Biz Ops Team
Job Location: North Buona Vista Road
Job Type: Temporary (6 months)/ Hourly Rated/ Max $13 per hour
Key Skills: Administrative/Logistical Experience in Education Sector

It is a statutory board under the Public Service Division, Prime Minister\'s Office. The central learning institution for the Singapore Public Service and a pivotal role in partnering government ministries and agencies to develop people for a first class public service. Through their programmes and services, the organisation aims to build commitment and strategic capacity in governance, leadership, public administration and management for the Singapore Public Service.

Job Requirements

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide programme administrative and logistical support for existing and new training programmes, seminars, conferences, study visits and ad hoc events of CSC.
  • Responsible for full spectrum of programme administration and logistic duties such as:
o creating of course and class in TREX system
o prepare publicity for programme
o registration and confirmation of participants
o coordinating travel arrangement (if applicable)
o marking of attendance and compiling of course evaluation
o Work closely with Institute Development Officers (IDOs) on programme related matters such as course take up, course materials etc. to ensure programme support is timely and in accordance with Institute\'s requirements.
o Procure items related to programmes/events.
o Timely invoicing/billing to participants
o Timely payments to trainers and suppliers
o Monitor course take-ups, revenue and expenses of programmes
o Responsible for knowledge management ie. keeping accurate and proper records.
o Proper accrual of expenditures related to the programmes/events.
o Comply with college service standards and operations guidelines.
o Meet college and team KPIs.
o Provide onsite support and assistance to associate trainers and resource persons for the smooth delivery of programmes
