Develop, design and create successful OOH media ads to meet client\xe2\x80\x99s marketing objectives.
Counsel clients on corporate identity and design standards and policies to determine appropriate advertising campaign.

Create a clear strategy for the development, enhancement and success of our service brands, Create, PlayLive! and OutSmart. Defining goals across the 4Ps, and based on agreed benchmarks.
Assume full ownership of your product family establishing yourself as the subject matter expert of this product family.
Strive to improve supplier and content provider relationships to facilitate the end-to-end artwork acquisition workflow and quality.
Demonstrate strong abilities to articulate initiatives, and see them through to completion, with a strong focus on execution and communication of the commercial impact.
You sit on top of the product chain, conceptualising new product ideas and taking responsibility in future product innovation, seeing through the product life cycle process from launch to end-of-life.

Requirements:
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree with more than 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in Project & Design management in creative environment.
Experience in integrated marketing communications tools and techniques, customer-focused, and extremely responsive to the evolving digital landscape. You exhibit an experimental streak & willingness to step out of entrenched comfort zones.

Distils briefs well and communicates ideas and concepts fluently.
Excellent creative direction and visualization skills across a variety of broadcast media and formats, including and not limited to out-of-home, print, digital/ online, mobile, and display.
Apt in innovating, interpreting, improvising concepts and ideas.
Has a good eye for art direction, design, typography, photography and videography.
Well-versed in Print, Web, Video production techniques. Experience in Web3 technologies will be an edge.
Well-connected with suppliers and vendor
Manage and benchmark budgets against spends effectively.
Possesses initiative, good interpersonal & communication skills.
Strong ability to problem-solve, multitask, and priorities in a fast paced, high-volume environment.
Possess the experience and aptitude to manage stakeholders, workflow, and resources with finesse and efficiency.
