Job Description
Our client is one of the leading player in Retail Comsumer Industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Credit and Operations Manager to join their Credit and Services Team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the Changi \xe2\x80\x93 easily accessible.
Duties of Credit and Operations Manager:
- Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings to inform product strategy
- Define target customer segments and value propositions for credit & services products
- Define product requirements, features, and user experiences
- Analyze customer feedback and data to iterate on product offerings
- Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from conceptualization to launch, and continuous enhancements.
- Comfortable with retails hours and working on weekends
- At least 3 - 5 years relevant working experiences
