Responsibilities:

Executing crew changes in adherence to the Seafarers\xe2\x80\x99 Employment Agreement and as per the Crewing Superintendent\xe2\x80\x99s directives.
Ensuring that all Seafarers are adequately trained and meet the Company\xe2\x80\x99s, STCW, and Flag State requirements.
Reporting changes in the employment status of seafarers to the crew wages department.
Participating in crew planning, promotion, and career development.
Engaging in recruitment activities.
Monitoring and managing monthly mail from vessels, preparing mail to vessels, and conducting follow-ups.
Reviewing vessel disbursement accounts in collaboration with the designated Superintendent.
Notifying relevant parties about medical cases/accidents and overseeing related documentation.
Coordinating accident/deviation insurance for non-fare paying passengers.
Facilitating cash to Master arrangements.
Verifying and approving travel expenses for payment upon request.
Handling other assigned special tasks.
Demonstrating proficiency in the Company\xe2\x80\x99s Management System.
Effectively implementing the Company\xe2\x80\x99s Management System.
Contributing to the development or modification of procedures.
Advocating and supporting continual improvement efforts.

Requirements:

A minimum of 2 years of experience working on a ship or ashore in a shipping or ship management company.
Proficient in the speaking/writing.
Good computer skills.
Strong organizational skills.
