Medical and Dental benefits Growth Enablement through Direct and Focused Mentorship Great Location; Walking Distance from Buona Vista StationWhat you can do for us: CRM Adoption: (40%) Partner with key stakeholders in the APAC region to gather and prioritize APAC specific CRM related issues and enhancement requests Work with global HQ and regional teams to integrate new products being rolled out within the CRM Spread awareness regarding data consistency, completeness, and correctnessSupport: (40%) Provide day to day support and expertise to troubleshoot issues and manage resolution of these issues Ensure any down-times and disruptions are kept to a minimum Proactively identify data discrepancies and conduct root cause analysis to resolve data issues Prioritize tasks which require collaboration with data and engineering teams to ensure data integration and availability across Fusion's platforms Support end-users of the CRM in the region by developing appropriate training programs as neededProject Management: (20%) Project-manage CRM related projects from planning through to completion Work with global HQ and regional CRM teams on establishing best practices, process alignment and optimizationsWho we're looking for: Bachelor's degree in: Business Administration, Marketing, etc. Master's degree preferred 7-11 years' experience in CRM's required (HubSpot preferred) Strong knowledge of HubSpot architecture, data objects, and roles/permissions Strong experience in driving user adoption and user training Ability to autonomously trouble shoot CRM related issues on a day-to-day basis Flexibility to collaborate across time zones on a regular basis Strong project management and prioritization skills Entrepreneurial, collaborative, and positive attitude Clear communication skills and good sense of humorWe regret that only shortlisted applicants will be notified.
