Presentable, Possess a good working attitude and is a Team Player.

Proficient in MS Office - Word, Excel.

Well spoken English

Provides professional Customer Support on call enquiries and walk-ins to promote our products

Recommend Customer on products range, fees of service charges and company promotion.

Schedules Services/ Repairs for Technicians on a daily basis.

Ensures collection of service charges, monitors unpaid service billings and follow-up payments from Customer.

Prepares Quality Claims Report (QCR)

Monitors the parts and products under QCR until replacement part is received

**Who Can Apply : Professional Qualifications In Marketing or related disciplines. \xe2\x80\x93 With / Without Working Experience In The Retail / WholeSales Service Industry Are Welcomed.**

WORKING TERMS;
8:30 am to 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday
Report to Paya Lebar, Singapore HQ Office
