Job Description

  • Handling Inbound and Outbound Calls or mails on daily basis.
  • Handling 80-100 Calls or mails on daily basis.
  • Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention.
  • Doing background check of international clients.
  • Assist clients by demonstrating and answering any questions they may have.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to incoming customer inquiries in person, over phone or mails and chats.
  • Establish and maintain good rapport with customers by using positive language and anticipating their needs.
  • Build Customer's interest in the services and Products offered by the company.
  • To ensure satisfactory resolution of varieties of issues.
Qualifications:
  • At least HS graduate or SHS graduate and not currently enrolled with any educational institution
  • With high preference on back-office experience and/or experience in doing background verification
  • BPO call center experience is a plus
  • Must have typing speed of no less than 24 wpm with 80% accuracy
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduateSalary: Php16,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per monthBenefits:
