Location: Changi, Singapore Role: Hybrid

  • The successful candidate will join the Customer Affairs department of the company\'s Customer Services & Operations division.
  • You will play an important role in managing and building relationships with the company\'s customers. You will attend to customer feedback promptly and take actions to restore customer confidence. This involves working closely with various business units to establish the cause of customer concerns and address servicing gaps. In addition, you may participate in various projects and initiatives to raise customer service standards.
Required Skills
  • You should possess a good university degree, preferably with Honours. Candidates with a good diploma and relevant experience are welcome to apply. You are also required to possess emotional maturity and passion for customer service, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Candidates with at least 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 working experience in customer service jobs or with work experience in the airline industry will be preferred.
