The Opportunity:Adecco is partnering with a German-Swiss MNC Equipment Manufacturer, and we are looking for a experienced Customer Service Representative (Aerospace) to join their business! Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, with experienced in Order Processing or Sales Coordination to handle customers\' order fulfilment needs and feedback.

• Permanent, Full-time opportunity
• Location: West region, near Clementi
• Working hours: Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm / 9am to 6pm
• Salary: up to $3,500 basic + AWS + VB

The Job:

• Manage customer orders for parts and repairs, ensuring timely processing and delivery.
• Monitor repair turnaround times and follow up on sales and purchase orders.
• Address customer complaints effectively and administer retrofit and warranty processes.
• Generate reports and handle administrative tasks.
• Act as a liaison between departments (Workshop, Logistics, QA) for customer orders.
• Provide on-call support for urgent issues (AOG) and work to minimize un-invoiced activities.
• Support additional tasks as needed.

The Talent:

• Prior experience in Aerospace or Heavy Equipment industry.
• Prior experience handling MRO purposes.
