Maintain positive connections with all stakeholders.
Manage walk-ins, calls, texts, and online inquiries with warmth and professionalism.
Ensure accuracy in registration and enrolment tasks.
Keep records of customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints.
Assist teachers and students as needed.
Support communication between teachers and parents.
Help with other assigned duties.
Requirement:
Diploma holder
With good spoken and written English
Comfortable to speak and type in Mandarin Chinese
Good knowledge in using Google docs, Googlesheet and Microsoft Office
Additional information:
Monday to Friday with flexible shifts from 10 AM to 10 PM; weekends from 8 AM to 6 PM. Expect to work 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day.
Based at Thomson Plaza, with occasional travel to other locations including Bukit Timah Plaza, Century Square, Oasis Terraces, Parkway Centre, and Thomson Plaza. Comfort with varied locations is essential.
